Emergency and Transitional Housing

Helping Men & Women Successfully Transition Back Into Society

Our services include transitional housing with a personal development-focused reentry program. We provide access to resources designed to increase public safety and reduce recidivism by helping the most vulnerable people become self-sufficient, productive, contributing members of their communities.

These referrals utilize strategic development and coordination of post-release reentry referrals, such as employment search, sobriety support, mental health support, family reunification, and dedicated community supervision.

Our Program Includes
Life Skills Training

Assist the clients with the necessary skills to successfully live in today’s world. These include knowing how to work at a job and be part of a team, manage money, manage time, live as part of the family, and learn effective communication skills. We focus on helping the client with essential life skills including flexibility, initiative, social skills, productivity, and leadership, healthy living, and the necessary financial skills to create a budget, develop a savings plan, and build a great credit file.

Peer Counseling and Support

A qualified peer counselor trained to address a broad range of topics by providing one-on-one, confidential support, Because of their own life experience; they are uniquely equipped to provide support, encouragement, and resources to those with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, victims of domestic violence, and homelessness. help individuals get past obstacles and reach their goals. assist and train client/mentee in the use of technology — computers, mobile devices like smartphones and tablets, social media platforms and networks, software applications, the Internet, etc.​

Employment Assistance

Provides referrals to educational institutions, social service agencies, employment agencies, and recruiters that will help students, and clients/mentees find work. considering the individual client’s strengths and needs.

Parenting Education and Support

We will provide resources for parenting education and support that is evidence-based, individualized, and culturally responsive. The resources will provide parents with the necessary tools to improve their parenting skills, increase positive interaction with their children, increase their children’s academic success and achieve successful family reunification.

Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling

We will provide referrals for mental health counseling, and 12-Step programs for substance abuse issues.

Educational Programs

Provide resources and referrals to clients interested in a specific course of study or practical training. connect the client/mentees with a trade school, technical institute, or vocational college that is designed to lead directly to career opportunities in a particular field.

The first step is to assess the client’s current needs, the services required, and what their goals are for the future. We work with our clients to develop an individualized case plan that will help them achieve their goals and become self-sufficient. We provide a safe and structured environment, where our clients can focus on their personal development and transition back into the community.

We intend to instill a sense of confidence and heightened self-esteem in the men, women, and young adults who embrace their commitment to succeed at a second chance in life by becoming productive members of their communities by transforming through their transition.
